Sponsorship Opportunities
In the summer of 2006, Oregon Community Swim Club (OCSC) was very proud to host the first ever Oregon Kids Triathlon. We had tremendous community support with 20 business sponsors and over 120 volunteers assisting nearly 300 athletes throughout the course. Because of the first and subsequent years' success (and with the encouragement of parents, volunteers and athletes) O.K.T. has become an annual event. We hope to welcome you as a sponsor of the 3rd Annual Oregon Kids Triathlon on August 9, 2008.
The Oregon Kids Triathlon is an event that clearly promotes children’s physical fitness and helps build self-esteem. Our vision was to create an annual event that would be embraced by Oregon and its surrounding communities, promotes fitness among children, and benefit area businesses. Based on the last two years' participation numbers, we hope to have over 500 young athletes for this years’ event.
The success of this event is dependent upon community support. All sponsors will receive special acknowledgement on the day of the event, during the post-race award ceremony and be listed on the race t-shirts. See the sponsorship levels below that can help you determine an appropriate sponsorship level and other donation options.
The primary beneficiaroes of this event are OCSC and the Oregon Community Pool. OCSC is a community-based US Amateur Age Group Swim Club for swimmers ages 6 to 18. We have been in existence for 15 years and are comprised of swimmers from Fitchburg, Stoughton and Oregon. The OCSC team motto is: Fun, fitness, and personal development through competitive swimming. OCSC is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization supported by contributions from the general public.

Sponsorship Levels

| Gold | $5,000 | Major sponsor’s logo will be “prominently” displayed on the start and finish line banners,
in marketing pieces, on T-shirts, on athletes’ bibs, and on the Event web site. |
| Silver | $2,500 | Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the all marketing pieces, starting line banner, T-shirts,
and on the Event web site. |
| Bronze | $1,000 | Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the all marketing pieces, T-shirts, and on the Event web site. |
| Friend | $100 | Sponsor's name will be displayed on T-shirts and on the website. |
| Special Gift | Goody bag items | Sponsor’s name will be displayed on T-shirts and on the Event web site. The
goody bag items will be given to 500 families. |
All sponsors will receive special acknowledgement on the day of the event and during the post-race award ceremony.
Again, these are suggested sponsorship levels; we can modify and tailor them based on sponsor’s input.
